• Upload resumes: Users can upload resumes in common formats such as Word or PDF, or copy and paste into a form.
• Manage resumes: Users can manage resumes and update or delete existing ones.
• View jobs: Job seekers can see what the job entails in detail. When viewing a job listing, the company name, location, industry, job description, and other information is shown
• Search jobs: Searching for jobs is quick and easy. And user can search based on quick, advanced, Zip/postal code search.
• Save searches: Most job seekers search for the same job every time they visit to see if there's anything new. With this save search feature, they can run a search with one easy click.
• Save jobs: If a job looks appealing, a job seeker can save the job to his account for future reference.
• Job agent: Job seekers can set up email alerts for new jobs that match their criteria. Job agent criteria can include keywords, location, experience, education, and more.
• Apply for jobs: Applying for a job can be done with the click of a button, and is fast and easy

• Post jobs: Allow employers to post jobs (free or paid). All postings include details job information as well as company logo if uploaded.
• Resume search: Search through resumes by keyword, location, minimum salary , major, experience( min and maximum), Country, Job type, Education, Work authorization, Willing to relocate or not etc..
• Featured jobs: A featured employer is displayed on the site homepage. This can be a paid listing, or chosen at random from all employers.
• Manage job listings: Easily modify job listings. View, edit, delete, or suspended jobs that were posted. See which ones are active and which have expired.
• Job statistics and applicants: Employers can easily see job statistics and all applicants. Quick links to applicants' resume and cover letter are provided as well
• Billing history: View billing history broken done by month and year. A printable invoice is generated for each month for easy record keeping.
• Edit profile: Employers can edit their company information displayed on the site, upload a company logo, and manage their privacy settings
• Employer preferences: Employers can select their timezones, email settings, and the language they wish to view the site in.

Member management

• Job postings: Admin can charge for job postings, and set your own duration, quantity, and price. For example, 1 job posting for 15 days is $100, while 5 job postings for 30 days are $500.
• Resume views: Charge employers for viewing resumes of job seekers in your database. Bill for a time period (days, weeks, months, etc).
• Featured employer: Bill employers for being a featured employer on your homepage.
• Job seekers: Alternatively, you can charge job seekers to be a part of the site. The software is set up to charge them for the ability to upload a resume.

• Admin can manage user information, edit and delete billing items, resumes and cover letters Manage your user information, edit and delete billing items, resumes and cover letters.
